Chapter 67: The Road Ahead

As the message echoed from the sky, the atmosphere among the four shifted; the Saint King of the Bright Moon became intensely alert, ready at any moment to ascend to a place beyond the others' reach. Yet, recalling that lightning loves to strike those who stand high, he reconsidered and refrained from rising for the time being.
“It seems our conversation can go no further,” Bai Ciman said. “Master, junior brother, will you try to stop me?”
“I need the prism,” Liu Tian stepped forward, placing himself between Bai Ciman and the Saint King of the Bright Moon. “Besides, some unforeseen changes may soon occur, so I can't let Blue Dream Corporation acquire any more prisms.”
“What about you, Master?” Seeing Liu Tian declare his stance, Bai Ciman turned to Tiandao, who was bowing his head in deep thought. “If you take it back, will Blue Dream let you go?” Tiandao frowned. “From what I know about Blue Dream, since you've already torn off the facade to this extent, taking it back would mean certain death.”
“For now, it's fine,” Bai Ciman replied with unwavering confidence, as if he still had a trump card. “The plan has only just begun. He still needs me. I have some time.”
“How troublesome,” Liu Tian said. “If you ask me, just open up your chest, cut through the first layer, pull out the bomb, and be done with it. With Master and me here, plus your remaining fighting strength, once you recover, we can storm Blue Dream together. I'll take the prism, you avenge yourself, and everything will be settled.”
“The two bombs are here and here,” Bai Ciman tapped two places, letting the surging electricity around him disrupt the magnetic fields completely. “They're hidden beneath my skull and within the muscles of my ribcage, linked to both. Without a special current to halt them, any damage to either will trigger an explosion with less than a second's delay.”
“With that little time, even with my strong junior brother, Master, can either of you extract both bombs simultaneously?” Bai Ciman's lips curled into a smile. “And how can I trust you truly have the strength to do it?”
“Simple—I’m actually stronger than you!” Liu Tian tilted his head. “What you can't do, I might be able to. And with me here, you won’t get the prism, so you can only gamble on this round.”
“So you want to wager my life on this? Do you think I, Bai Ciman, am some livestock to be slaughtered, my life worth nothing?” Bai Ciman’s aura surged. “Let me see if you really have the strength, or if you’re just bluffing!”
Thirty thousand volts—Heavenly Martial Killing Path—Heart Severing Technique!
Without outright refusal, Bai Ciman launched a fierce attack, stronger and more intense than before, determined to test his boastful junior brother Liu Tian with an iron fist.
Strong! Strong! Strong! Strong! Strong!
As soon as the move was unleashed, thunderous explosions resounded, and before the fist arrived, a violent shockwave spread, devastating everything around.

Yet, facing a blow more powerful and faster than himself, Liu Tian merely tilted his head, showing not a trace of fear or anxiety.
“Senior brother, is this all you’ve got? Scattered and unfocused, your intent exposed—are you underestimating me?”
Both used the Heavenly Martial Killing Path, both used the Heart Severing Technique; despite Bai Ciman’s greater strength and speed, Liu Tian, confident as ever, did not retreat but confronted him head-on, fist against fist.
How could a weaker, slower punch win? Had Liu Tian been blinded by his own power, unable to see the reality?
The answer—willpower made manifest!
Before their fists could meet, a massive roc’s phantom appeared for all to see, its wings stirring slightly. Incredibly, just as the punch was about to collide, Liu Tian’s fist curved, bypassing Bai Ciman’s and slamming into his mechanical left arm.
Impossible!
The mechanical arm, forged from rare metals harvested from meteorites, was smashed as easily as scrap iron, leaving a clear fist mark. Bai Ciman staggered back, dissipating his momentum.
When he was weaker, the mechanical arm was a huge advantage, but now, with the others’ strength matching his, this unrefined artificial limb had fallen behind the times.
But that wasn't what shocked Bai Ciman—how could someone generate power out of nowhere when his momentum was spent?
Was this the level of the King of the Century? Was this the next realm of willpower?
“Junior brother, you’ve given me quite the surprise!” Bai Ciman grinned fiercely. “Since that’s the case, I won’t hold back. No need to pretend—let’s fight as those truly strong!”
Current Drive—Damn it, a hundred thousand volts!
With a signature sonic boom, Bai Ciman crossed ten meters in less than a tenth of a second; as if an eye for an eye, he smashed his fist into Liu Tian’s face, sending him flying like a cannonball and carving a deep trench in the ground.
No longer holding back, Bai Ciman attacked with full force, reaching a level of power and speed previously unseen—moving near the speed of sound, every punch and kick could break the sound barrier, and he could play ping-pong with tanks if he wished.
“Damn, that’s strong!”
Crack, crack—even though his neck twisted nearly 180 degrees, for Liu Tian, who had mastered the Kabul Giant Serpent Combat Technique, it was as if he hadn’t been hurt at all. Compared to the twisted neck, the electric current that Bai Ciman’s fist drove into his body caused Liu Tian much more trouble.

“If that’s so, I won’t hold back either. Witness my full strength, Bai Ciman.”
Liu Tian unleashed his fists and feet, kicking aside the military equipment beneath him. His body swelled, growing from one meter eighty to two meters, then two and a half, then three meters. Freed from all restraint, his muscles tore through his clothes, granting him a physique as formidable as Bai Ciman’s.
Behind Liu Tian, the roc’s phantom suddenly became solid, letting out a long, skyward cry that sent ripples through the air.
His blood boiled at meeting such a powerful opponent, his heart now like the engine of an aircraft carrier, pumping fresh blood without end.
Though he hadn’t reached Bai Ciman’s level of physical prowess, Liu Tian was now fast enough to keep pace, ensuring the fight was not one-sided. Moreover, Bai Ciman’s earlier strike sparked countless flashes of insight in Liu Tian’s mind, gradually illuminating the once-murky path of the Heavenly Martial Way.
Liu Tian felt a premonition—a sense that, as long as he kept fighting, the gate to greater mastery would open before him.
But there was no time to dwell on it. Discarding pointless thoughts, he pursued the essence of the Heavenly Martial Killing Path and the Heavenly Martial Way—fight, kill!
All answers would be revealed in battle!
“Come! Let’s fight!”
He stomped, crushing the stone beneath his feet like soil—the battle resumed!
...
Boom! Boom! Boom!
Watching his two disciples create a spectacle rivaling the great battles of the century, Tiandao shook his head—these two, once their blood boiled, forgot even what they had originally intended.
No, not forgotten—rather, trust your teacher...
“Bright Moon!”
Like a giant shark, Tiandao’s willpower surged into the mind of the Saint King of the Bright Moon, who mistakenly thought himself safe. Seizing the moment of his mental distraction, Tiandao silently moved behind him and clamped down with a massive hand, completely immobilizing him.
“Let’s make a deal…”
